“I had such a great experience at Time to Wash Laundry! The place is clean, well-kept, and has plenty of working machines. I did have a small problem with one of the washers, but the staff handled it right away—they refunded the money to my card and even let me wash that load for free. That kind of customer service is rare these days, and it really made me feel valued as a customer. I’ll definitely be coming back and recommending this laundromat to friends and family. Thanks again”

“Amazing service! My clothes came out spotless, smelling wonderful, and perfectly folded. Thanks so much to Judith, her attention to detail was excellent. I’d recommend this place to anyone looking for quality and professionalism!”

“To whom it may concern, I have visited Time to Wash Laundry on numerous occasions and have experienced inconsistent service. On weekends, I am usually assisted by the older woman who works Sunday mornings, and she is always pleasant, professional, and consistent in maintaining the space and assisting customers. However, my experiences during the weekdays have been disappointing. The level of customer service, cleanliness, and overall upkeep does not meet the same standard. The machines also appear to be frequently out of order or not properly maintained. I hope these concerns can be addressed, whether through improved maintenance or by ensuring staff provide a more attentive and welcoming environment. Thank you for your time.”

“They just lost a loyal customer of 3+ years. I’ve had a few prior issues with this company but the final and most major straw was them damaging my dress. They didn’t offer me any sort of accommodation and asserted that “there was no negligence on their part.”, even though my dress was perfectly fine before being picked up for the wash/dry service. Extremely disappointing. I’ll be going elsewhere for my laundry services.”
